WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Congressman TJ Cox delivered a speech on his amendment to H.R. 582, which he co-introduced with Congressman Tom O’Halleran (D-AZ). The amendment mandates a Government Accountability Office study following the second scheduled wage increase in the Raise the Wage Act.
